Guidelines for submitting papers to ICCPIT 2027
Submission Guidelines
- Papers must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Papers should be submitted in IEEE double-column format.
- Maximum page limit: 6 pages (including references).
- Additional pages may be allowed as per conference publication policy.
- Papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT submission portal only.
Peer Review Policy
ICCPIT 2027 follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process coordinated by the Technical Program Committee. Author and reviewer identities will remain confidential to ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation.
Papers will be assessed by domain experts based on originality, technical quality, significance, relevance, and clarity. Only papers meeting the required quality standards and receiving favorable reviews will be accepted for presentation and publication.
IEEE No-Show Policy
ICCPIT 2027 strictly follows the IEEE No-Show Policy. Authors of accepted papers must comply with the presentation requirements.
Presentation Requirement
At least one author of every accepted paper must attend ICCPIT 2027 in person and present the paper onsite, as the conference will be conducted entirely in physical mode. The Technical Program Committee will determine the presentation format, such as oral or poster; online, virtual, pre-recorded, or proxy presentations are not permitted unless specially approved by IEEE under extraordinary circumstances.
Important: Papers that are not presented during the conference as per the above guidelines may be excluded from submission to IEEE Xplore and other indexing databases.
AI Usage Policy
Authors may use AI-assisted tools for language improvement, grammar correction, and other supportive purposes, but they remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their submitted paper.
AI tools must not be used to fabricate data, results, citations, or references, and any AI-assisted content must be carefully verified by the authors.
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism using professional plagiarism detection tools.
Maximum Plagiarism Limit
Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected without review.
